The two were seen together at Melbourne Park looking "very friendly".
While they didn't watch the Aussie Open tennis matches in public together, they were definitely with each other behind the scenes.
The two have been spending a lot of time together since they met at the Aussie Millions Poker Celebrity Challenge at Crown Casino. Shannon is a regular at celebrity tournaments and is an avid poker player. Not to mention, she is a terrific tennis player, who once thought about going pro.
"They have been looking very cozy," one source told The Eye.
Supposedly, the injured tennis player sat behind Shannon at the Crown Casino - on the same seat.
Philippoussis has been at Melbourne Park appearing for a station covering the Australian Open tennis tournament, in between spending time at Crown playing poker. Gambling at this spot is a favorite pastime among visiting tennis players.
If the rumors about the pair are true, it will be a second slice of American Pie for Mark - he also dated Tara Reid, who starred with Shannon in the hit movie release.
