Though they were tight-lipped on Jimmy Kimmel Live immediately following their DWTS elimination, their body language said it all. The stars walked out on the stage holding hands and demonstrated close contact throughout the interview. Verbally, the duo maintained that they were “friends” and had enjoyed each other’s company during their time in the competition.

Actress Shannon Elizabeth was eliminated from the competition on Tuesday evening, despite the fact that her scores were not the week’s lowest. After a dramatic injury in which he dropped his partner to the floor, actor Christian de la Fuente left the show in the middle of a live broadcast on Monday night. Forfeiting points, he clocked in at the bottom of the list Tuesday night. It was revealed that de la Fuente’s injury was so traumatic that he needs surgery, so fans believed it was the handsome Chilean who would be going home.

Inside Pool Magazine (US)- With the IPT action in full swing midway through the event Wednesday afternoon saw a surprise visit from movie star Shannon Elizabeth of “American Pie” fame. Elizabeth visited the practice area and shot a quick game with Corey Deuel, who helped her with some techniques and gave her some strategy hints. Finally, after several turns each, Deuel managed to pocket the 8 ball and Elizabeth exclaimed jokingly, “Wow, who would have thought you would win that game?” Elizabeth wished Deuel luck, and after a quick hug she was off to waiting fans for autographs, photos, and a quick interview from Eurosport.
